Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Austrian law, Vexlorium's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Vexlorium in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Vexlorium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Austrian law.

Investment services carry inherent risks, and you acknowledge that investment values may go down as well as up. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and Vexlorium cannot guarantee investment returns or protection against losses.

Vexlorium reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business or other clients.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees and obligations incurred prior to termination. We will assist with the orderly transfer of your accounts and assets in accordance with applicable regulations and your instructions.

Force Majeure

Vexlorium shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or technical failures.
